Protein / Antibody Developability Screen

Screen protein and antibody chains for sequence-level developability liabilities before costly downstream work. Each chain gets its isoelectric point, net charge at your pH, molecular mass, GRAVY, instability index, most hydrophobic window, cysteine state and a list of liability motifs — deamidation, isomerization, N-glycosylation, oxidation and fragmentation — and every signal has its own pass flag rather than a single opaque score. The antibody preset numbers each chain and reports liabilities in the CDRs apart from those in the framework. Sequences and the chains of PDB or CIF structures can be screened together.

Chains to screen

Paste protein sequences as FASTA, or as one-letter text with a blank line between sequences; spacing and line breaks inside a sequence are ignored. Upload PDB or CIF structures to screen their chains. Up to 500 chains of 5,000 residues and 50 structures per job.

Pass thresholds

Leave a field empty to use the generic preset default shown under it. Tick Off to report a signal without a pass flag. The motif count is gated on CDR hits for the antibody preset and on all hits for the generic preset.

A sequence needs an even cysteine count; a structure chain needs no free sulfurs.
