Dose-Response Curve Analyzer

Fit raw assay readings to four- or five-parameter logistic or Morrison tight-binding models, with replicate outlier QC and control or plate normalization. Each curve gives an IC50, EC50, or Ki on the p-activity scale with a confidence interval and quality flags; curves that never reach half effect are reported as bounds, not extrapolated.

Examples

Readings

One row per well: a compound ID or SMILES, a dose, and a response, with optional replicate, plate, well, control, and assay columns. Mark control wells as high / low, or dmso / pos (blank and sample also work); every other row is a test well. One curve is fitted per compound and assay. At most 100,000 rows.

Fit and quality control

Choose the model and endpoint, how plates are normalized, and how strictly curves are screened. Defaults suit a standard inhibition plate.
