Pull measured IC50, Ki, Kd and EC50 values for up to 10 protein targets from ChEMBL into one table with ChEMBL's column names, ready to curate and train on. Flagged and duplicate measurements are dropped, and the table keeps ChEMBL's release, query and attribution: ChEMBL data is CC BY-SA 3.0.
